By placing an order on VOIDCLUB, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. Payment must be received in full before order processing. Prices are subject to change without notice. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, VOIDCLUB is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery address and ensuring someone is available to receive the package if required. If you believe your package was lost in transit (not marked as delivered), please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo or video proof of the defect or error. At our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered in exceptional circumstances. Claims submitted after 7 days or without adequate proof may be denied. Minor variations in stitching, color, sizing, or materials do not constitute defects (see Section 7).

VOIDCLUB products may be fulfilled by third-party manufacturers and logistics partners located globally. Due to the nature of our fulfillment model, minor variations in the following may occur and do not constitute defects:

• Stitching patterns or quality
• Color shading or saturation (due to dye lots, lighting, or monitor differences)
• Material texture or weight
• Sizing within industry-standard tolerances (±0.5-1 inch)
• Print placement or intensity
• Packaging or labeling

These variations are normal in apparel manufacturing and are not grounds for returns, refunds, or claims of "item not as described."

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and sizing information. However:

• Colors may vary due to monitor settings, lighting, and display calibration
• Sizes are approximate and may vary by style - please refer to our size guide
• Product photos may show styling or accessories not included with the item
• We reserve the right to modify product designs or materials without notice

It is the customer's responsibility to review all product information, including the size guide, before placing an order.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOIDCLUB and its owners, operators, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use our products or services
• Delays in shipping or delivery
• Lost or stolen packages after carrier confirmation of delivery
• Product variations within manufacturing tolerances
• Any unauthorized access to your personal information

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of VOIDCLUB and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.
